For a Bath Soak: Add approximately 4- 6 directly to the white reusable bag, place under warm running bathwater and allow the salts to dissolve. Gently move the water with your hand to help disperse the lavender aroma. Relax and enjoy.
For Gentle Exfoliation: Apply a small amount to damp skin or mix with a small amount of water. Gently massage onto the body using light, circular motions and rinse thoroughly. Avoid broken, freshly shaved, or irritated skin.
Before first use, perform a patch test by applying a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow. Wait 24 hours before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
