  • Order processing time?

    Since I am a small business and a one person show fulfillment times might vary. I will try my best to get them out ASAP, but it could take anywhere from 3-5 days after an order has been placed.

  • Make changes to order?

    I will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not been packed and/or shipped. Please reach out via email or send a messege through the contact tab. If your order has already been packed and you wish to add on, the addition may need to be considered a new order, additionally the order can be canceled and refunded and the customer may place a new order.

  • Why don’t you offer free shipping?

    With this being a new small business, I try to offer the best prices for shipping that make sense for my company. I have maintained the lowest possible prices for our products.

  • Do you offer returns?

    At Sovereign Naturalists, our mission shines the brightest when we embrace sustainability in every way possible! While we strive to use eco-friendly materials, our commitment to handcrafted personal care items means each product is a unique creation. This is why we have to keep our returns policy a bit stricter; once a product is in your hands, it has begun its special journey. Although we don’t offer returns, I’d welcome you to reach out to us with any concerns of the products.

  • About our packaging!

    At Sovereign Naturalists, we believe thoughtful packaging matters. To help reduce single-use plastic waste, we use natural wood wool as protective filler and wrap our glass bottles in recyclable honeycomb paper instead of plastic bubble wrap. Every order is packed with care and marked fragile to help your remedies arrive safely to your door.

    For our lavender flower bath salt- In an effort to find a more cost-effective and lower-waste alternative to other packaging options, I chose to use reusable organza bags to hold the loose salts and flowers in my soaking blends. Rather than contributing to single-use plastic waste, these bags can be repurposed for jewelry, trinkets, crafts, herbs, hobbies, and other small treasures long after your product is gone.

🌿 They are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

🌙 Please consult your healthcare provider, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.

🧉As we work our hardest to be free of contamination and have sterilized equipment, these products are not being produced in a commercial kitchen. It has been home processed in a kitchen that may also possess common allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and shellfish. As such, all products will be clearly labeled with all ingredients.

Herbal medicine is powerful, and everybody is unique. We encourage you to explore with care, listen to your body, and use our remedies as a complement to your wellness path.

At Sovereign Naturalists, each product is crafted with intention, using natural ingredients that have been loved and trusted for generations. We encourage you to perform a patch test before using a new product, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Using it on the top of your hand or the inside of your wrist is a good place.

While we work with gentle, nourishing oils, butters, and botanicals, what works beautifully for one person may not work the same for another. Start small, tune into your body, and adjust as needed.
