After spending my teenage years trying to fit in buying the name brands and the most viral skincare products I began to question what I was really putting on my skin.
That perspective shifted when I spent a summer living in a tent in the mountains and prairies of Colorado. With only a few basic items, I realized how little we truly need when those basics are well-made and thoughtfully chosen.
That experience sparked a deeper curiosity. I began researching natural ingredients, learning which oils, herbs, and botanicals could support the skin without relying on harmful additives, synthetic fragrances, or unnecessary preservatives.
After more than a year of using and refining these simple, natural solutions in my own life, the idea for Sovereign Naturalists began to take shape creating products that help others return to simpler, more intentional care.
The name reflects two ideas that shape everything we make. Sovereign represents personal independence the belief that we should understand and take responsibility for what we use on our bodies each day. Naturalists honors the long relationship between people and the natural world, where plants, oils, and earth-grown ingredients have supported wellness for generations.
